Front End Developer (Dunedin)
We are looking for a Front End Developer to join our design and development team. You will work along side our designer and two back end developers to develop awesome websites and apps.
Our company is an established 16 year business with a great track record. We are still growing, learning and trying to raise the bar.
You will be someone who likes to stay up to date with research and upcoming trends in web technology. If you are motivated and focused, detailed, possessing good verbal and written skills, you will fit right in.
Our offices are character/modern and close to the City Centre. We love barbecues and Foosball, Coffee and healthy living.You could be a Dunedin local or considering a move to Dunedin. Either way, Dunedin is a fantastic place to live and work. Its possible to own an awesome house, start a family and be at the beach or ski slopes within a short drive. We are also open to flexible working hours for those who need it with family commitments etc.
Here are some of the skills we would like you to have:
- HTML5
- CSS3 and SASS
- Javascript (or jQuery)
- Git version control
- Photoshop + Illustrator
- Responsive development
- Understanding of SVGs
- Basic PHP + MySQL is a bonus
- Experience with native Apps in IOS is a bonus
Ideally you will have at least two years commercial experience as a front end developer or you are some sort of raw talent we can't ignore.
