What followed was an intensive roll out of a wide range of design assets across print and digital media to bring this franchise business to life in time for a key franchise conference in California. The cornerstone asset was an extensive brand book, which outlines the brand in detail for all stakeholders. This key book included company purpose, processes, brand standards, customer insights, marketing collateral and much more. Following closely after the production of a website, the team have now turned their attention to social media advertising and management.
