Things we did:

Dunedin Casino asked us to design and develop an interactive touch screen kiosk for their gaming floor.  The kiosk enables casino members to enter into draws and redeem daily promotions.

The Dunedin Casino also uses the kiosk to gain insights from its members, in terms of their preferences and casino experience.  These insights are then used to improve the overall customer experience for members.
