Partnering for Growth
TracPlus was on the cusp of launching a new innovative product called RockAir when they approached us. The company was about to enter a growth phase with a new CEO, new products and new direction. Often companies have smaller marketing teams at that stage before growth so partnering with an agency can be a great way to get rapid momentum.
The RockAir is a very small tracking device which offered never seen before functionality in a mobile tracking unit.
We worked with TracPlus across a range of media to ensure that the RockAir launch would be a success. We worked on packaging design for the product, advertisements for magazines, and designs for tradeshow display stands. We also secured trade magazine spots for editorial to support the build-up to launch and magazine advertising.
Pre-launch campaign communications were initiated to existing customers directly with custom email comms, directing to a custom stand-alone campaign landing page for registration of interest.
The marketing automation focus continued with a full customised Open Cart ecommerce platform for ordering the RockAir. We worked closely with TracPlus to resolve technology solutions for USA sales tax management for example.
We also developed a custom product activation and registration system that would allow customers who receive the product to activate their product online.
Several months later and TracPlus growth has been significant. We can’t take all the credit of course but we are certainly pleased to be able to help.
